Internship Overview
Panorama is looking for a part-time Program Intern to join the Funders for a Safe Childhood (FSC) initiative. FSC is a collaborative effort of global foundations focused on ending childhood sexual violence by mobilizing philanthropic resources and connecting donors with high-impact organizations.
This is a remote, 6-month internship requiring about 12 hours per week. You will work directly with the FSC team and gain experience in research, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Program Administration and Support (80%)
- Provide administrative, research, and logistical support to the FSC team.
- Conduct research on organizations and individuals to help inform program strategy.
- Schedule and coordinate external meetings.
- Assist with preparing and editing various written materials like proposals, presentations, and newsletters.
- Support other program-related tasks as needed.
Knowledge Management (20%)
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
- Translate data into compelling insights using visuals and narratives.
- Maintain program files and documentation, particularly on SharePoint and other knowledge-sharing platforms.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a college or university.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Exposure to project management platforms like Asana.
- Interest or experience in philanthropy, nonprofit work, or social impact.
- Willingness to use AI tools to increase efficiency.
Compensation and Application
- Start Date: September 2025
- Duration: 6-month commitment
- Compensation: $16.66/hour (or higher, based on local minimum wage laws)
- Location: Fully remote
