The Resilience Project, a youth-led organization focused on mental health and climate justice, is expanding its team and is excited to announce two new volunteer opportunities for passionate individuals who want to make a real impact in the intersection of climate justice, mental health, and youth empowerment.

Open Volunteer Positions
1. Marketing & Communications Volunteer
- Hours: 6–8 hours per week
- Location: Remote (Flexible hours within 9am–5:30pm GMT, Monday–Thursday)
- Reports to: Marketing & Communications Lead
This role is ideal if you’re beginning your career in marketing, communications, or design and want to grow your portfolio while making a difference. If you’re creative, organized, and eager to learn, you’ll thrive with us!

In this role, you will:
- Create engaging content for our social media channels, including graphics (using Canva) and video edits (using CapCut).
- Generate fresh ideas and stay updated on current social media trends.
- Write copy and content for our website and blog.
- Research new ways to reach young people and global partners.
2. Funding Research & Outreach Volunteer
- Hours: Flexible (to be agreed)
- Location: Remote
- Reports to: Finance & Funding Lead
If you enjoy research and want to help grow a mission-driven organization, this is the perfect chance to gain experience in fundraising and partnership-building.
In this role, you will:
- Research potential funders, donors, and B-Corps in the youth, climate, and mental health spaces.
- Track grant opportunities using Airtable.
- Compile lists of organizations for workshops and potential partnerships.
- Help create funder materials in Canva.
