About the Role
UNICEF is recruiting Prospect Research Specialists to support Global Philanthropy by strengthening donor research, portfolio optimization, KPIs, and fundraising strategies for major donors, family offices, and foundations worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Support major donor prospect research & wealth screening
- Improve donor portfolios, KPIs & CRM systems
- Lead training & capacity-building for fundraising teams
- Support global philanthropy growth, including non-cash assets (real estate, investments, collectibles, etc.)
- Help UNICEF unlock high-value philanthropy for children worldwide
Who Can Apply
- Education: Advanced university degree (or Bachelor’s + 2 years extra experience)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in prospect research, fundraising data, or philanthropy
- Skills: CRM (Salesforce preferred), KPIs, data analysis, change management
- Language: Fluent in English (other UN languages are an asset)
Contract & Duration
- Long-Term Agreement: 3 years
- Consultants are hired per assignment under this LTA
- Work is fully remote, with possible travel when required
