Oxfam International is offering two impactful remote roles for communications and engagement professionals, with a preference for candidates based in the Global South. These positions support Oxfam’s focus on equity, diversity, and representation in leadership and contribute to shaping its global communications strategy.

Available Positions

1.Bid Manager MENA

  • Works closely with Oxfam country teams in the MENA region, Oxfam International regional team, and Oxfam GB staff.
  • Leads and coordinates bidding teams to pursue large grants and tender opportunities successfully.
  • Aims to build new partnerships with the Oxfam International regional platform in MENA to advance organizational goals.
  • Temporary, full-time role expiring 01/10/2025.

2.Supporter Journeys Strategy Partner

  • Based in Oxfam International or affiliate office locations with hosting capabilities, ideally within ±3 hours of CET.
  • Focuses on developing strategies for supporter engagement journeys.
  • Appointment subject to contract establishment.

3.Brand, Content & Audience Manager

  • Preferred location is the Global South, Nairobi or another Oxfam-hosted location where you have the right to work.
  • Responsible for managing brand, content creation, and audience engagement.
  • Application deadline: 03/10/2025.

4.Head of Brand, Communications & Digital Engagement

  • Also preferred in the Global South, Nairobi or other Oxfam locations with hosting and right to work.
  • Leads brand, communications, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Deadline to apply is 03/10/2025.
