The UNDP Office of Human Resources (OHR) / Talent Development Unit (TDU) is offering 10 in-person internship opportunities based in Copenhagen, Denmark, for motivated students and recent graduates who want to contribute to shaping the future of talent development in the UN
In a world where the future of work is being reshaped by technology, learning, and rapid global change, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is investing in the people behind sustainable development. This year, UNDP’s Bureau for Management Services is opening in-person internship opportunities within its Talent Development Unit (TDU) — a team dedicated to helping UNDP personnel learn, grow, and lead with purpose. Based in Copenhagen, these internships support the implementation of the “People for 2030” Strategy, the organization’s roadmap for cultivating a culture of continuous learning and leadership across its global workforce.
At the heart of this internship is a simple but powerful principle: people are UNDP’s most valuable resource. By strengthening learning systems, creating innovative training tools, and supporting career development initiatives, interns play an active role in ensuring that UNDP personnel can deliver results for communities in 170 countries and territories. Along the way, interns receive a monthly stipend — approximately $1000 in Copenhagen (final amount confirmed at recruitment) — to help cover living costs.
