PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure the cleanness of the store is carried out effectively, efficiently and speedy to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and to increase frontline productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum
- 1 Year experience in a retail environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure that goods are clean on the shop floor.
- Ensure that there are always clean trolleys and baskets at the entrance for the customers to use.
- Handle customer queries with friendliness, honesty, accuracy and politeness.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store.
