LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: To manage, coordinate, and optimise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including customs compliance and documentation processes, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials in line with company policies, international trade regulations, and mining project timelines.
SAFETY OFFICER (LIFTING)
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: Oversee day-to-day lifting activities, verify equipment compliance, enforce load safety boundaries, and ensure zero incidents during critical and non-critical lifts.
INTERNSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITIONS: The Internship Development Program is a Two-Year Rotational Program which allows new graduates to develop their professional skills and business acumen while gaining valuable work experience and making valuable contributions to MMG-Khoemacau. This structured programme provides exposure to multiple functional areas—allowing interns to build a solid foundation for their careers. The interns shall gain critical insights into MMG-Khoemacau operational model as well as a direct impact in helping to shape MMG Khoemacau’s future. While we value the contributions of our Graduates and strive to provide valuable learning experience, it is essential to understand that participation in our internship program does not guarantee a permanent position within the company.
VENDOR LIAISON COORDINATOR
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The role of the Vendor Liaison Coordinator is to ensure that MMG-Khoemacau derives maximum value from its external cost. This is accomplished through structured market engagements and ongoing category and contract stewardship.
VENDOR LIAISON SUPERINTENDENT
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: To lead, manage, and execute customer/vendors activities to ensure value-for-money customer relationships, compliance with company policies and relevant legislation, while supporting operational efficiency and strategic supplier relationships within the mining environment.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The purpose of this role is to deliver expansion project development in MMG-Khoemacau for Feasibility Study and Construction phases, accountable for delivering projects in accordance with MMG standards and procedures on time, within budget and to specification.
