IT TECHNICIAN / ADMINISTRATOR

Namibia Country Lodge is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Technician / Administrator to join our team.
If you have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience managing IT systems and infrastructure, this could be the opportunity for you! 
Key knowledge areas:
• Active Directory & Windows Server
• Windows desktop environments
• Network infrastructure & communication technologies
• VSAT, ISP & PABX systems
• Computer, server & network hardware
• Microsoft 365
• Linux & MikroTik (advantage) We’re looking for someone with:
Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills Good communication and time-management skills Project planning and management abilities A proactive, self-starting attitude Ability to work independently and in a team Valid Code B driver’s licence Sober and honest habits
The role includes managing IT infrastructure, system subscriptions and licensing, backups, cybersecurity, technical support, network equipment, and INNKeeper administration, including POS systems, stock control, user access and reporting.
