Position: Laundromat and Cleaning Assistant
Location: Gaborone
Type: Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Operate and maintain laundry equipment efficiently and effectively.
*Operate and maintain cleaning equipment efficiently and effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
* Handle sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging of laundry items.
* Ensure proper use of detergents, solvents, and other laundry and cleaning agents.
* Keep the laundromat area clean and organized at all times.
*Handle customers’ belongings with utmost care
*Provide excellent cleaning services.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
* Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry and to cleaning sites when required (if they have a driver’s license).

REQUIREMENTS:
* Should be staying in Gaborone and surrounding areas.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse clientele.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Professional attitude and strong work ethics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Previous experience working in a laundromat and cleaning industry or a similar setting will be an added advantage.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record will be an added advantage.
