Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The job will be responsible for the inprovements and all upgrades of the ERP systems as well as the interface between the different modules and 3rd party systems. The job will further analyze, design, develop and modify processes to be aligned with the business processes. ERP software and related functions throughout the organisation. Responsibilities also include assessing needs and formulating solutions through the use of various applications, initiating and leading related projects and providing day to day support of all Enterprise software to the Business Support team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 

• Enterprise System Support and Miantenance.
• System Analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Data Analysis, intergration and data cleansing.
• Project Management.
• System documentation and support training to business support.
• Process and workflow development and reporting.
• 3rd party application support.

Skills, Experience & Education

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualoification requirements:

Three (3) Years National Diploma in Business Computing or Information Systems.

REQUIRED SPECIALISATION:

Business Computing and Information Systems.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Three (3) years job related experience in Systems Development.

LEGAL REQUIREMENT:

Code B/BE.

PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:

ITIL, Cobit, Visual Studio, NET, Java and Java CAPS, SQL/PLSQL, any system/application in operation at time of interview.

Job Grade – C5

Basic salary: N$497,844.00 pa

Housing Allowance: N$199,140.00 pa

Transport Allownace: N$30,216.00 pa

Municipal Allowance: N$23,028.00
