Position 9: Piping Engineer
Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Construction Team Deputy Lead-Mechanical, the piping engineer is responsible for drawing review, technical document preparation, piping installation supervision and inspection, final documentation collection and filing, etc.
- Be responsible for drawing review and piping installation construction program preparation
- Be responsible for technical guidance of piping installation at site To solve technical problems for piping installation
- Be responsible for the collection of construction documents Be responsible for piping joint test request preparation and result confirmation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry, 8 years of experience overseas, and more than 8 projects execution experiences overseas
- Work experience of high pressure and alloy steel pipe installation required
- Skills of communication, organization, coordination, teamwork, and solving problems quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of the process of piping installation, and drawing review. management of piping installation, the international standard, ASME and ASTEM, and ISO, piping method statement development
- Advanced computer skills on MS office like word, excel, PPT, CAD etc.
