  • Internal – CDT Team, IT Team, Business & Operations Teams, Internal Audit
  • External – Technology vendors & service providers

Job Purpose

  • The role holder will be responsible for understanding user/stakeholders’ needs, support in defining requirements and preparation of key document artefacts throughout the software development lifecycle such as BRD’s FSDs and TSDs.
  • The role holder is responsible for delivery of digital solutions and ensuring the solutions delivered meet the users’ needs and deliver value to the internal & external customer.
