Call Center Supervisor – Head Office Kampala
Job summary: The incumbent will be responsible for managing, training and assessing call center teams to provide excellent service to customers and respond to questions, complaints and troubleshoot problems. The incumbent shall play a vital role in enhancing business growth, by ensuring that all agents achieve their set sales targets.
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Commerce or such related discipline with a bias in computing and customer service.
• 3 years proven experience as Call Center Supervisor or similar supervisory position.
• Experience in customer service and Tele center operations is essential.
