Main Function of the Role

A Customer Experience Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food products, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring operational standards are consistently achieved in line with KFC policies and procedures.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Customer Service

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer interactions.
• Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused restaurant environment.
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.

Food Preparation & Operations

• Prepare, pack, and store products according to KFC operational standards.
• Follow approved food preparation procedures, holding times, and temperatures.
• Operate Point of Sale systems and follow cash handling procedures accurately.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with KFC operational procedures and CHAMPS standards.

Teamwork & Operational Support

• Work effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Support restaurant efficiency during peak trading periods.
• Follow management instructions and contribute positively to team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent.
• BGCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is advantageous.
• Basic English communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and technical devices.

MP Mining – Materials Handler/Procurement & Logistics Assistant

Leboam Holdings (PTY) Ltd t/a MP Mining is a Mining Company which owns Kopano Copper Mine,
located along A3 Muan Road between Mosetse and Dukwi Villages. The Company is currently looking
for results driven, agile and suitably qualified individuals to fill the position below:

Materials Handler/Procurement & Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a materials handler/operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt,
storage, issuance, and movement of mining inventory, utilizing forklifts and other material handling
equipment to support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries: receive bulk goods, parts and mining consumables from suppliers.
• Verify goods: match physical deliveries against purchase orders.
• Inspect goods: check all arriving materials for damage or quality discrepancies.
• Log data: capture invoices and issuances into the ERP system.
• Operate forklifts: move heavy pallets, containers and machinery components safely.
• Store inventory: put away stock into correct shelving, racking or yard locations.
• Issue stock: pick and distribute requested goods, materials, or spare parts.
• Conducts counts: perform regular stock take, and cycle counts to track accuracy.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• Certificate in supply chain management
• Valid forklift operator licensed certificate (mandatory)
• 3 years of experience operating materials handling, ideally in mining or construction environment
• Experience with inventory management systems (SAP OR Green Tree) preferred.
