We are looking for a talented individual to work with us in the Solid Waste Management (SWM) field to assist the team especially with research, reporting and build on the current work on the project Strengthening Solid Waste and Faecal Sludge Management Capacity of the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area. All below deliverables are Uganda focused. The intern will be working directly with the Project manager Strengthening Solid Waste and Faecal Sludge Management Capacity in the GKMA the entire team.
Eligibility
Applicants to the GGGI internship program must at the time of application meet the following requirements:
• Be of a Ugandan national.
• Be enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program prior to internship assignment, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
• Be engaged or recently engaged in academic study in a field directly related to the Institute’s work
• Possess an excellent command of English.
