Store Officer

The incumbent is responsible for:

Keeping inventory records, receiving and recording the receipts and issues, monitoring stock usage, to provide pro-active advice to inventory controllers/ sales Managers on inappropriate levels, and potential problem areas such as stockouts or low stock., develop a system for identifying all SKU/part numbers as per business needs and store them in such way that locating materials in stores based on part numbers, ensure all items arriving/leaving the store are packaged and documented correctly by enforcing compliance with our standards. Responsible for quarterly stock counting.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with additional qualifications in Stores management with two years of work experience in a similar capacity. Knowledge of Tally and MS office usage is essential.
