BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: This role reports to the Senior Advisor Stakeholder & China Relations and will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational execution of MMG’s Chinese Champion strategy and supporting all shareholder, diplomatic and Chinese stakeholder engagement work. The role executes routine liaison, document drafting, translation, event coordination and Chinese expatriate admin support under the guidance of the Senior Advisor Stakeholder & China Relations, assisting in maintaining positive KCM brand image with Chinese stakeholders, and supports the establishment of efficient cross-border information sharing mechanisms.

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The Engineering Procurement Superintendent will be responsible for procurement-related activities within the Project, comply with procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements. This is essential for maintaining efficient and effective supply chain practices that align with business objectives and functional requirements

The Senior Advisor Stakeholder and China Relations will be responsible for acting as the function lead for all Stakeholder communications and China relations strategy across Khoemacau Copper Mining (KCM). The incumbent owns the full delivery of MMG’s Chinese Champion strategy, leading sustained high-level relationship building with MMG’s major Chinese shareholders and key Chinese stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment to unlock Chinese industry resources and advantages to lift overall business performance. The role shapes and safeguards KCM’s reputable brand image among Chinese authorities, investors, diplomatic bodies and global industry stakeholders.

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The Mining Superintendent is responsible for leading the execution of box cuts, mine development, and associated mining activities, ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, statutory requirements, and operational readiness objectives. The role provides leadership for the safe establishment, commissioning, and ramp-up of Expansion Mines, ensuring operational readiness is achieved and production is sustainably increased to planned nameplate capacity.
