Site Manager (1 Position)
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the construction field within a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams
- Experience in solar PV projects, substations, MV/LV reticulation, and commissioning
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, quality control, and HSE compliance
- Experience coordinating contractors, client meetings, and progress reporting
Site Supervisor – Electrical (x2)
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Electrical
- Experience supervising electrical installation teams on industrial or mining projects
- Strong experience with cable routing, termination, tray installations, switchgear, transformers, and panel installations
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and manage daily site activities
- Sound understanding of mining safety procedures and permit systems
Site Supervisor – Mechanical (x2)
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Mechanical
- Experience supervising mechanical installations in industrial plants or mining projects
- Knowledge of structural steel, equipment installation, and mechanical maintenance projects
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and fabrication details
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Artisan Electricians (x6)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Proven experience working with HT cables
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Electrical
- Experience in cable glanding, termination, testing, fault finding, and commissioning
- Familiarity with solar plant electrical installations, inverters, transformers, and switchgear
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
Artisan Boilermakers (x6)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Welding/Fabrication
- Experience with structural steel fabrication and installation
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and perform accurate measurements
- Experience working on heavy industrial or mining construction projects
- Knowledge of various welding processes and safety standards
Fitters (x6)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Fitting
- Experience in equipment installation, alignment, maintenance, and assembly
- Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
C&I Technicians (x6)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mining environment
- Minimum qualification: NCC in Control & Instrumentation (C&I)
- Experience with installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, transmitters, sensors, and industrial communication systems
- Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and control faults
