Salary Scale: N$372,627 – N$445,325 per annum
Housing Allowance: N$17,424 per annum

  • Grade: 3
  • Medium of Instruction: Oshindonga
• 1 × Ontinda Combined School — Onamutai Circuit
  • Grade: Pre-Grade to Grade 3
  • Medium of Instruction: Oshindonga
• 1 × Omaalala Primary School — Eheke Circuit
  • Grades: 4–7
  • Languages: English and Oshindonga
• 1 × Erundu Secondary School — Oshakati Circuit
  • Grades: 8–12
  • Subject: Languages (English and Oshindonga or Afrikaans)
  • Preference will be given to candidates teaching at Advanced Subsidiary (AS) Level.
  • Preference will also be given to candidates with National Marking Experience.
  • Proof of AS Level teaching and/or National Marking Experience must be attached.
• 1 × Okaukuejo Combined School
  • Grades: 8–9 (English & Afrikaans)
  • Candidate should be able to supervise Afrikaans Grade 7.
• 1 × Ondangwa Secondary School — Oluno Circuit
  • Grades: 8–12
  • Subjects: Mathematics and Science (Chemistry or Physics)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

1. A recognized 3-year tertiary teaching qualification on NQF Level 6, plus 6 years of teaching experience; OR
2. An appropriate recognized 3-year tertiary non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF Level 6 relevant to the school subject to be taught, plus a 1-year teaching qualification; OR
3. An appropriate recognized 3-year tertiary qualification (or equivalent) on NQF Level 6, plus:
   • A recognized trade test;
   • A 1-year teaching qualification; and
   • 6 years of teaching experience.
