1. Manager – Turbine & Auxiliary | Job Code: JMEP-FB
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Manager – Turbine & Auxiliary to oversee turbine operations and auxiliary systems within a power plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of turbine and auxiliary systems to ensure maximum plant availability and efficiency.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for turbine and auxiliary equipment failures.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and departmental resources effectively.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 25+ years’ experience in a power plant or similar heavy industrial environment, with significant exposure to turbine and auxiliary systems.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of steam turbines, pumps, compressors, cooling systems, and other auxiliary equipment.
- Experience in maintenance planning, shutdown management, and equipment reliability.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
2. Assistant Manager – CHP | Job Code: JMEP-FD
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineers to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementation and supervising of all Coal handling project works related to Power Plant in line with the project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all the CHP/LHP/MHS project works related to Power plant with capacity more than 150MW.
- Design, erection and Commissioning all equipments of all CHP/LHP/MHS works of power plant.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all controllers meet safety standards and meet technical specifications.
- Conduct performance and quality tests on all new systems and equipments.
- Prepare and summarize test data and technical papers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Power plants or similar role.

3. Deputy General Manager – QA/QC | Job Code: JMEP-JEB-ED
We are looking for skilled and motivated QA/QC Engineers to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementation of best quality practices and Quality management system in line with the project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Inspect and approve incoming materials; check certifications, storage, and quality of items like cement, aggregates, and rebar.
- Manage all quality records, test certificates, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and site observation reports.
- Identification of Corrective and Preventive action for NCRs to avoid repetition.
- Knowledge of international standards specifications (ASTM, ACI, EN, IS etc.)
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors, to address quality issues.

4. Assistant General Manager – C&P | Job Code: JMEP-EE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Contract & Procurement manager to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing materials and services, and supervising procurement operations in line with project requirements, company policies, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, control and implement procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
- Manage and execute procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procurement policies, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily SAP system accounting, Tax Compliance Procedures, internal control adherence, year-end account analysis, reconciliations and compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Tax Compliance – Assist in ensuring compliance with the Taxation regulations in Botswana.
- Compliance & Audits – Assist with internal and external audit procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

- Prepare meetings and agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, Measurements sheets, BOQ.

9. Crane Operators | Job Code: JMEP-OA (04)
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Operator for higher capacity crawler crane with lattice boom and fly jib to join our power plant construction team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience operating crawler cranes within a power plant, mining, construction, or other heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently during lifting and rigging activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure cranes are maintained in good working condition.
- Interpret lift plans, load charts, and operational procedures accurately.
- Coordinate with riggers, supervisors, and maintenance teams during lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures.
- Report equipment defects, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Support shutdown, maintenance, and construction activities within the plant.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience operating crawler cranes in a power plant or similar heavy industrial environment.
- Valid Crane Operator Certification / License.
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, crane safety, and load calculations.
- Experience handling heavy equipment and oversized loads.
- Ability to work under pressure and in demanding site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
